These Terms of Use apply to your use of Megano, and ChatGPT which powers it. Reference OpenAI’s “Terms of use” that govern their service, which you will use via Megano.

By accessing and using the services provided by Megano, LLC ("Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Megano, LLC provides a private GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) service powered by ChatGPT. The service includes, but is not limited to, generating text, answering questions, and providing information based on user inputs.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password for ChatGPT. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities. Use the service to generate or disseminate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems or networks. Use the service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Company’s servers or networks.

5. Intellectual Property

All content generated by the GPT service remains the intellectual property of Megano, LLC. You may use the generated content for personal or business purposes but may not resell or redistribute the content without explicit permission from the Company.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Megano, LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the service for any particular purpose.
